The Reality of God’s Love
“Hello my sisters. I salute you in the name of the Lord. My name is Ghertie Noé and I’m the Pastor of the KFA-Sweden Church of God in Stockholm, Sweden. Today I want to talk to you about the reality of Gods love. The reality of Gods love in difficult times. In these times, where we are going trough pandemics, diseases. In these times it is easy to doubt. To fall, and sometimes ask ourselves if in fact God truly loves us. Everything can seem dark, sad and difficult with what’s going on in the world. With the economic difficulties, the diseases and maybe grief. The fact that we can’t gather in the Church, to not be able to gather physically, to hug our families, our parents, our grandparents, our grandchildren. It makes us feel lonely sometimes. And all these things can make us feel doubtful to if God really has this situation under control. To if he still loves us. But there is something that we should never forget. That God is no man to lie, neither a son of a man to fall back. And God said that his love for us is infinite. That it don’t matter the circumstances; our state of mind, our sins, our situation. HE loves us. And do you know why? For He is LOVE. In 1 John chapter 4;8 it is written. And what is more comforting than to know and be convicted – that He who IS love in His essence, the creator of the heaven and the earth, He who has the world in the palm of His hand, He who gave the world His own son to die for our sins – is in control of our current situation. We know that He is with us. That we are NOT abandoned. That we belong to a divine plan, and this hasn’t gone beyond His plans. We just have to believe. Fall into His arms of Love. And through the Holy Spirit receive peace, and be filled with His infinite love, so we can bring that love to the people that do not know of it. That through us they shall know the immense, unfailing, infinite love of God. So open your arms and your heart and stay in Gods perfect love. Because this will all pass, because He is in control of the situation. And most importantly; that He continues to love us, for we are His beloved children, and He takes care of us. He wants us to be sure of that.”
