Rejoice! Jesus is Alive!

Rejoice my friends! Jesus is alive! That’s what we normally hear during the Easter season, isn’t it? But we can truly say that all year long.

Our Jesus came as a tiny babe as a gift to mankind during this season many years ago. As a tiny babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, Jesus came. He lived. He died. He rose again and he ascended into heaven to be with God. Why? Because he wanted us to be able to live with him forever and ever.

I want to share with you a scripture that touched my heart and caused me to rejoice.

Zephaniah 3:17 says:

“ The Lord your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with his love, He will REJOICE over you with singing.”

Our Lord, our Savior. He was born and he lived, but he came and is here today; to bring peace and joy and love…..If you ask him.

You see, when you have storms in your life when you have problems, the Bible says that he will ….quiet you with his love and he rejoices over his children with singing.

I pray that this season, the season that we give gifts, you will let the gift of Jesus be eternally in your heart. All you have to do is ask.

Let’s Pray:

Father, we Thank you that you came and that you have given opportunity for each of us to have life and have it more abundantly. Thank you that you love us so much that you gave yourself. Thank you for Christmas, for the gift of giving. You were the first and mankind gives continually. Now Jesus, will you please touch our hearts. Help us to pray this prayer.

Lord, I am sorry for the things I have done wrong.

I need you.

I need your love.

I need your forgiveness.

Will you come into my life and be my friend, my Savior forever, that I may live with you someday in heaven for all eternity

Thank you for the gift that you gave and I REJOICE, because I believe you have heard my prayer. In Jesus name.
