Kathy Watson-Swift

Women’s Ministry Director

Kathy is a graduate from Lee University in Cleveland, TN and has taught at the Junior College level as well as at Discipleship Bible College in Kenya. She has served the Church of God in many different ways throughout her lifetime. For many years Kathy has taught and served as a key note speaker for youth camps and State functions such as women’s retreats and conferences. She has served her communities as a leader in different city organizations, held offices in Women’s Aglow, professional business women’s organizations and other noteworthy groups. Kathy founded her own non-profit organization in 1994 called Freedom House Ministries, Inc. which provided “Get Aways” for many leaders within the body of Christ who were hurting, bruised or broken, for the first 12 years. This organization went international in 2005.
Today, in addition to overseeing the Women’s Ministry in Western Europe, Kathy continues the Kenya project through locals where approximately 2000 + meals are prepared weekly for orphans, widows and others. Her non-profit organization, Freedom House Ministries, Inc., continues to equip the young through education, good stewardship as well as provides necessary clothing and medical attention when it is needed.

Western Europe Women’s Ministries takes place in each of our 13 countries and 3 small Islands. Each overseer’s wife maintains contact with her women’s groups throughout her area, speaking at key events, training, equipping and helping in any other area that may involve women and children’s ministries. One area women are particularly interested in is a united mission thrust for others inside and outside of Western Europe.
